Previously he held key leadership positions in renowned companies such as Dodsal Engineering and UB engineering, demonstrating a keen ability to navigate complex challenges and drive strategic initiatives that yielded tangible results. His wide range of knowledge in the fields of engineering, procurement, planning, execution, administration, and finance make him an all-round leader

With a rich history of leadership and a commitment to excellence, Mr. Ansari provides invaluable insight and strategic direction, steering the company towards new horizons. With a bachelor’s degree in finance, he has over 22 years of experience in the banking, power, and oil sector. Prior to his position as Chairman of Al Jazirah Industrial Projects Mr. Ansari has worked with the Central bank of Kuwait and O&G WLL in Kuwait. Over the years he has demonstrated unwavering commitment to driving growth, cultivating a strong corporate culture, and achieving operational excellence.
At the core of our dynamic and forward-thinking HR and Administration division, Mr. Mansour Al-Shawaf excels as our esteemed Administration Manager. With an illustrious career spanning over 40 years, Mr. Al-Shawaf's expertise in the oil and gas sector is unparalleled. His tenure encompasses more than 20 years at Kuwait Oil Company, where his strategic leadership and initiatives were pivotal in reinforcing the company’s dominant position and growth in the industry. Following this, Mr. AlShawaf further enriched his commendable portfolio with a decade of transformative leadership as an HR manager at KDC Oil Production Chemicals Company. There, his innovative HR strategy and management skills were instrumental in driving workforce excellence and organizational development. Mr. Al-Shawaf holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and maintenance. Before his significant roles in the oil and gas industry, he was at the forefront of the agency for HINO Trucks “Japan” in Kuwait. The breadth of Mr. Al-Shawaf’s experience, underscored by his unwavering work ethic, positions him as an indispensable cornerstone of our company.
